NEWS & UPDATES
The Joint Commission
After an intensive learning and reviewing process, which included improvements to our clinical, case management, programming, and client safety, we made performance and quality improvements to documentation and strategic planning which included having a Registered Nurse (RN) on staff to provide medical/clinical review of intakes and treatment planning. Perseverance Partners was awarded a full 36-month accreditation with The Joint Commission under their Behavioral Health Care Accreditation Program on December 31, 2023.

DMHA Accelerator Initiative
The Division of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHA) awarded Perseverance Partners, LLP an Accelerator Initiative Planning Grant for the years 2023 - 2024. The Accelerator Initiative aims to support small and grassroots organizations that are providing access to resources for mental health and wellness to underserved and marginalized communities in Indiana, including people who have been historically and systemically oppressed, and people who live in under-resourced geographic areas of the state.
Indiana Department of Health Grant
The Division of Nutrition and Physical Activity awarded Perseverance Partners, LLP, in partnership with Invent Learning Hub, a Youth Adolescent Physical Activity (YAPA) Grant for the years 2024 - 2025. This grant aims to jump-start a school-wide physical activity initiative to engage students, faculty, and staff in a six-week "A Million Step" challenge. There will be a student-led "walk and talks". Students will be provided journals to record their feelings before and after the exercise and other mindful reflections.
